Wall Mounted Oak Desk

Handmade using locally and responsibly sourced barn-dried Oak from Painswick, Gloucestershire. The wood used came from a gorgeous Oak aged at circa 800 years old, which sadly had to be felled in 2018 for safety reasons after a major limb failed and fell on a building!

A custom piece that was wall mounted using a heavy duty adjustable folding bracket, to make use of an awkward space in a small bedroom.

This desk has been sanded to a very fine grit, making it luxuriously smooth, then treated with several coats of linseed oil and non-toxic spirit, and finished Earthborn furniture wax for an environmentally conscious finish that showcases the natural beauty of the grain.
